Any unintended use of this product or the removal of
safety warnings from the product voids any implied or stated
manufacturer’s warranty and/or claims to protect against injuries. The
SpyderMask is designed for use only with 11 inch or larger softballs. Do not
use this product with any object other than an 11 inch circumference or larger
softball. Do not use this product while participating in any sport other than
softball. Any use of this product in violation of the above warning voids any
warranty and/or claims arising from injuries arising from such misuse. Softball
is a contact sport and there is a risk of injuries to the body, face and head
from thrown or batted softballs. The SpyderMask is designed to reduce the
incidents of occular injury caused by thrown or batted softballs. This product
will not prevent all facial injuries and is not designed to and will not
protect a user against neck, head or body injuries. The SpyderMask must be
attached to a NOCSAE certified batting helmet in accordance with the
instructions provided. Any use of this product which has been attached to a
batting helmet deviating from the supplied instructions is prohibited and could
result in serious injury. Do not use this product if it is cracked, bent or
deformed in any way. Do not slide or dive headfirst while wearing a batting
helmet with any face guard attached. Spyder Sports will replace any product
shown to be defective due to materials or workmanship. Spyder Sports disclaims
all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of
fitness for a particular use. |
